Shipping and Refund Policies
Free shipping offers apply only to the contiguous United States (the "Lower 48"), and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other off-shore US territories.
We typically ship using UPS as our carrier, and our shipping cutoff is 1:00pm PST. Any orders received after that time will ship the next business day. For East Coast customers, UPS Ground transit time is generally 5 business days from our location in California. Please note that UPS does not include holidays or weekends in their transit time.
Shipping rates are based on UPS's dimensional weight calculations, which combines both the weight of the package, as well as its dimensions. Any partial weights will be rounded up to the next full pound, per UPS's policy.
Refused shipments will be billed shipping return charges if the shipment is returned by UPS (or other any carrier used). Packages that have been left by UPS at your home or business are the customer's responsibility. If you are concerned about theft or other issues, please contact us and ask for Signature Required deliveries.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days. Goods must be in saleable condition, and partial refunds will be issued for any used or opened goods that have been returned. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
In the event of a product defect or shipping error (or other issue where we are at fault), we will issue a prepaid label to cover the cost of return shipping.
